Timber Frame Extension with EPDM Rubber Waterproofing

This timber frame single storey extension required waterproofing for the flat roof construction. EPDM rubber membrane was chosen as a means complete the project. Although small, the project proved a little more tricky than the average installation due to the internal and external angles of the upstand. There was a centrally located roof dome and internal rainwater outlet to negotiate also.
