Garage Roof with EPDM Waterproof Covering

This installation comprised of a single semi-detached garage which was in need of a new flat roof. The roof needed to be stripped back to the timber joists which were inspected for signs of degradation. A new roof deck was installed and the choice of waterproofing membrane in this instance was EPDM (one piece rubber).
